Shipping Policy

Every Fort Kit is made and packed by hand in Winona Lake, Indiana. Here's what to expect after you order.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, like the weeks before the holidays, processing may take a little longer. We'll post any delays at the top of our site.

You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet, but we hope to soon.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are estimated at checkout.

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship via USPS and  UPS.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after you get the email. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send replacement parts or a new kit.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and around your property, and wait one business day, because packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Address Changes

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it any time before your order ships, but not after. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If one is returned to us, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Missing a Part?

If your kit arrives missing a piece, email us with your order number and what's missing, and we'll ship it out at no charge.
